Custody of my daughter?

Well for starters i dont have a criminal record! My daughters mom and I were never married! She just got sentinced to 12 months probation for assaulting my mother. Shes still on house arrest for her second OWI. Today My mother finds out that my daughters mom's Son is not living with her as she told the judge. I have had my daughter since january. After getting a lawyer. My lawyer went on medical leave not too long after. I have also had the court dates continued because of that. Then We were supose to go to court june 20th but lawyer is booked so it will be continued to sometime in July. Ive seen the mediator Domestic Relations.. Got all her certified conviction letters from all counties. Tryin to talk to my lawyer probly this week. So I just wanted to know what people thing about this. I dont do drugs or anything. Already did a drug test for Domestic relations? Just a long process! Trying to do everything for my daughter! oh yeah b4 her second owi she was still on probation for biting her son on the cheek when over taken her prescription clonapin.... So I just hope I have enough to get this over quick. full custody to me and supervised visits to her. But I wont never give back custody. I know shes always gonna be into drugs so I just wish i could get her parental rights terminated!
