The SAT and Penn State University?

I am a junior in high school who is hoping to get into PSU. I live in Pittsburgh. I got 660-reading, 650-math, and 650-writing on my SAT's. Also, I have a 3.9 weighted gpa. Is it true that Penn State mostly looks at your gpa rather than your standardized test scores? Also, am i qualified to get into their physics program? I also run cross country, winter track, and track and am in a few clubs. Should i take my SAT's again my senior year?
