Can you sue someone for talking about you on facebook?

I have an ongoing custody battle with my ex. He keeps talking about my status on there and other people are commenting bad stuff about me. and so talks bad too. He posted everything that happened at court and talked real bad about the judge and the mediator. can i sue him for that?
