Do you think my friend will be like this once she has a dog?

Well my friend wants to get a dog and her birthday is coming up soon and her mom might get her one...I have a pomeranian and I let her watch him 2 times while I was on vacation, and he had a bag full of things. Cloths (Since it was winter, and he was shaved), perfume and waterless dog shampoo because he smells, hair brushes, dog mints, etc. Because I figured she'd want to have fun playing with him and dressing him up. Because its cute. But I hardly even dress him up in winter. Only when we go on walks and there's snow out. Well I think she got a little to attached to him, and now wants a pomeranian to. She says she's going to buy her dog all these cloths, booties, a stroller (wtf?), a fancy dog bed, and all these things...I mean yea a dog bed is fine, and winter cloths but she plans on buying her dog bikini's, and SUMMER outfits with matching shoes and then pushing her around in a stroller....I don't think she realizes how much work Pomeranian are. For one most of them are snappish and don't like many people...so she won't be showing her dog off as much as she thinks. I bought Sparky (my dog) as an adult so he was VERY well socialized and potty trained...and in her family they have a chihuahua and that thing HATES people so I'm afraid her dog will be the same, and that she'll get fed up with it barking because she already yells at her dog for it. And pomeranians bark, alot. I also quit wasting my money on dog items that arn't needed because its rare i get like 50 bucks to spend, so why spend it on him when he could care less? But do you think she'll realize this once she gets her dog?
