Horse movie about an (orphan) girl that gets sent to a ranch and the son who lives there has a bicyle?

I can't remember all the details, but there is a couple that own the ranch and their son likes to ride around on a bicycle. The girl doesn't quite fit in but she ends up taming a horse. I want to say the mother was a friend of the girl's mom, but I'm not 100% sure if that's correct. I saw this movie on television a few years ago, so I know it had to have been made sometime after 1995. Please help! Thanks!
