I really need help for eczema?

i have had eczema when i was little and i had it pretty bad but my aunt took care off that and it got better....when i got older i had moved to the city and during the spring it would come back sometimes the winter. but this time it has gotten worst. is there any way for me to get rid of it...i would ask my aunt but she tells me to change my diet....are there any creams,body wash, anything to get rid of it before i dig a hole in myself from scratching
