Im looking for a book title..... help me?

I read this book and i really wanna read it again but i cant think of what its called.. It was about this little boy who runs away from the factory hes supposed to be working in or something and hops a train and finds a circus or something.. he may be able to see spirits or is psychic but i'm not sure.. I think he was an orphan.. sorry if i didn't give a lot of info but i read this book a couple years ago and might not remember it correctly
