Child custody in CA.?

I have court hearing tomorrow morning for custody of my 11month old daughter. I couldnt afford an attorney so iam going to represent myself. Iam very nervous..any advise PLEASE???? This is the thing or court date was set for July 2011 but he went to the court house and asked for an emergency hearing so now we have the hearing on Friday and we have not even gone to a Mediator..What do you think will happen??? I really wanted to see a mediator before we speak to a judge! any Advise???

Guardianship denied of 18 year old now what? Judge did not have true information.?

judge did not listen to me the parent only through mediator about community mental health lies and the child talking about being in school yet. she is not in school anymore and still the judge denied guardianship based on limited insite on this child

Has any one ever had a siberian husky with short and thinner fur?

Siberian Huskies do not have long fur as much as they have dense fur - thick and double-layered with tons of downy or woolly undercoat. A dog that is only a year old coming into summer will likely be blowing her last puppy coat, when her adult coat comes in this fall (probably after blowing coat again) it should be thicker and denser and more like a "typical" or correct Siberian coat. If not, I would look into a possible hormonal disorder, hypothyroidism affects the coat but is rare in dogs that young. Spaying may also help by removing a few hormonal fluctuations from the equation, or she may just be an individual without an "ideal" coat.

Is this weird for a 16 year old?

Not weird, but different. You do not live the perfect family life with the stay at home baking cleaning mom equal hour working father a couple siblings and the picket fence white house. Of course no families are like that, but i was mistaken when i said perfect family, because if you love and appreciate the life you are living and the family you are given and lucky to have any at all, then it is perfect. That would be a perfect family. And basically that is what you have, or what you could have, if you believe it is.

What can I do about sex offender getting joint custody after judge allows it?

He was convicted years before on two counts and now has to register as a sex offender but I didn't find this out until I started going to court and checking into his background. Plus a couple counts of other things like robbery (not armed) and receiving stolen goods ...ect. ect.
