Sydney can get some lovely weather then . It wont be hot but should be nice enough to have a good look around. Melbourne is touch and go. Could be bitterly Cold it's a risk at that time of year. The Gold Coast today is beautiful. The Marathon is on at the moment and the sun is out People swim in the beach all year around. If you want really warm weather then go to the tropics it is the dry season now Cairns will be nice or the Whitsunday islands should be glorious as well. There are often cheap flights from Sydney or Brisbane with Jetstar or Virgin blue.

Loss of color on top of my hand?

i have a spot that started as a little white spot on my hand about 4 years ago. over the years it has grown, not huge, but maybe the diamater of a dime. in the winter time, i dont have issues with it, but now that summer is here and i am outside, it seems to get burned on the outer edge. i was out in the sun golfing on tuesday, and on wendesday it was red on the outer part and has tiny bumps, it will itch sometimes. Also, on my left arm, i can see alot of red dots after being in the sun. Anyone have any idea what this is? I know its a loss of pigment, but could it be life threatning? thanks

God answers prayer from anyone, and the important thing one must remember is, if it be His will.God is not a magician, who does tricks for the audience, and will not answer prayers that are not in His will. He will, under no circumstances answer a prayer that will not be fulfill His will for a life. His will is for our lives to be perfect in His sight. A perfect example of this is me, a Christian victim of a car accident, who afterwards was unable to function independently. That is still, 16 years later, truth. Everyone who prays for me has prayed for my well-being. I am healthier than I have a wordly right to be, and I have, and am growing spiritually, and since my accident, have become a powerful witness, whereas before, I was too shy. I am still, and always will be, in a wheelchair, but am happier today than ever before. God does not answer prayer like we want always, but answers anyone's prayer to fulfill their lives bettering. On his first available day off (as you don't want to upset him - but as soon as possible also) sabotage him. Kidnap him. Take him somewhere he's been wanting to go, but hasn't had the time. Tell him you have 1/2 the day planned out, and take him somewhere he wants to go, but doesn't realize he wants to go. (Like fishing, golfing, or even to an arcade place). Let him be worry free for a few hours, relaxing. Then, have a nice dinner. Either takeout, or homemade, as long as you know he likes it, fix/buy that for him. Then, talk to him about your deepest concerns over dinner. When dinner is over, no matter what was said, and if you're completely angry that he just doesn't get it, or not, go up to him, hug and kiss him, and tell him you love him no matter what life deals you. Then, do a little married adult action with him, and have fun. When everything is said and done, you'll both be happy for a little, and the communication door has been opened. Keep it open. Keep talking, and sabotaging his days off when needed. Makes marriage fun and eventful. I'm married 14 years now - and all is well. Good luck.

How do i handle my roommate?

So my roommate is like a brother to me and the whole reason I live there is because we also do web comedy/skit comedy together. We always have and when he got a nice hookup on his place, he had an extra room to build an editing studio and sound equipment. Naturally, I said hells yeah. Known the guy for a long time but living with him has been a different story and I am seeing a different side of him. For starters, he likes to lie a little bit about things that people say or do. He'll tell me someone wants to work with us on a project and then i'll talk to that person and they'll say Uhhhhh not really but maybe in the future. Also found out that he has a lot of financial problems and he of course has covered that up and thats understandable. He also has family issue apparently. His father and sister have come over several times looking for him and i'm there studying usually so i have to be the mediator. He also is an attention whore. haha. What i mean is he really demands attention from people and loves talking about himself. I mean two seconds after i walk in the door he's telling me all the things that have happened to him that day. he's a friend so I listen but again....its annoying. Son's Father Lying to Judge making fake cases?

My Son's father is lying to the judge here in fairfax county va. I think he feels this is a win~lose thing instead of deciding the welfare and template in which our child will be raised by. Some background, he tried to breastfeed our infant son so I threw him out of our apt. He said he'd had therapy but since I didn't trust him I had him come see a therapists i'd been seeing for sleeplessness and depression. He admitted to the therapist what he'd done. Then I never left him alone again with our son I moved into my mom's house and filed for child support. To get me to drop the case, we went to a notary and got an agreement for support signed. He paid support for 2 mos. I refiled, he signed a second agreement claiming the first didn't outline visitation. The third agreement was made in front of our senior army sergeants. This one he didnt abide by for a month. I went through with child support so he responded by filing for custody/visitation. We were ordered to mediation. Mediation resulted in agreed I retain full phys custody and he had supervised visitation until our child was 5. He was 2 at the time. I warned the mediators he was a tricky liar. As soon as mediation was ending he said he'd like to postpone visitation for a year. Our agreement mandated he would make contact with me and he'd have to attend therapy for 6 months before visitation would resume. Since he hadn't been making timely payments, my commander was willing to contact his but he stopped calling and the rear detatchment made it clear that support want in the order. Meanwhile, our son is almost five and couldn't pick his father out of a lineup. Guess who pops up. While I thought we were working through our NCO's he went to court to file a show cause (he'd never consistently provided support). He's now over 5K behind but he's beem telling me he's still deployed. Instead he's lied to the judge saying HE CAN'T FIND ME. I have kept my addresses current with va but they filed a show cause anyway. Help.

okay.... i need some advice and help regaurding a horrible child custody case. let me explain a little..... father walks in on mother in bed with someone else and leaves the home. she moves in with family and for the next 2years mother keeps kids away from father only visiting every now and then. obviously... he shouldve been to court asap but not court saavy and really didnt know what to do. mother also got together with fathers NOW former best friend while father stayed single for almost 2 years. father fell in love and filed for divorce 2011 january... week later mother responded as well as filing restraining order against father.... to prevent joint custody of parents. during mediation ( which mediator ended up being mothers aquaintance) told father a bunch of false information which they agreed upon. judge approved it and weeks later got final papers in mail which everything was not included like mediator had said as well as her legal advice to father was untrue. tried to modify and judge threw out and kept restraining order. mother has lied... been in contempt... and recently done emergency custody order to keep kids away from father permanently stating kids were in danger. they have a special needs child which is in/out of hospital constantly. father took child to hospital in his care and mother fully blamed him to the fullest. during emergency temp. custody hearing judge is a mother anti father judge let mother speak about everything and anything she wanted as well as her mother. she has an attorney. father was not allowed to speak of anything unless asked. mother had so many false accusations and father showed hospital records of the proof. in the end father got suervised visits and mother got her way. restraining order remains, father has no rights to medical records or childrens information, he has to pay child support as well as $400 a month just to see his kids when father is on a fixed income and mother lives off child support and their special needs childs ssi money. this judge is extremly bias and lets mothers do what they want. does anyone know any laws that judges cant do and how or what we can use to tell the courts we need a new judge. this judge has an excellent reputation for being a mother judge. please someone help us. we are trying to look for fathers rights advocate or anything.

For the divorced wives- is it impossible to have a relationship with the new wife?

I am not asking to be her best friend, but why can't this woman at least give me a level of respect? Her children adore me. They come to me with everything. I married him so now I am a permanent fixture in the kids' lives. When my husband talks to his ex all they do is scream and shout. It always turns into a personal battle and an ugly name calling session, rather than a productive phone call about the kids. So last night, same ugly fight ensued between them and it ended with my husband slamming the phone down and yelling at me- "You talk to her!" Since it was a topic about the kids and I am a relatively reasonable person I figured I would give it a shot. She refused to take my call and later texted my husband to not have "that woman call me again." So, now I am the angry one. I have always tried to treat her with respect and give her the benefit of the doubt in many situations. After all, I know her ex husband as well or better than she and he can be very tough to live with! So, I could almost sympathize with her at times- but not anymore! We have been together for 5 years now. I think she needs to get over it and accept/appreciate the fact that her children have a person in their lives who loves them and cares about their well-being. So, my question to you divorced women- is it impossible to have a workable relationship with the 2nd wife-- especially when there is a serious lack of communication between you and the ex husband? Am I expecting too much to be able to act as the mediator so good decisions can be made about the kids without every phone call turning into world war 3?

Christians: Praying to the Saints Part Two?

In response to my last question most people answering seem to believe that dead Christians are alive in Heaven. One even pointed out a verse (Revelation 5:8) that seems to show saints presenting our prayers to God. They said that saints are intercessors and not mediators. What is the difference? If the saints could hear us would it be wrong to ask them to intercede for us? The Bible says there is only one mediator but couldn't there be many intercessors? What can i do for my neighbors?

I am 14 years old and i have always wanted a Great Dane and do so much research on them . My neighbors have so many i can't count them all .... However they are getting older and they don't have enough money to take care of them all , as in they work for a Dane Rescue , but they are not a breeder , but the dogs have been breeding , breeding , breeding . They have so many females but only a few males . Two Females and one male live outside permanently . However they do tether a few others of them outside . The other live in the house . These Dogs are Aggressive and one of the Fawn Males has snapped on me before , He didn't really do that much damage but they have no fence so they do have a long tether and a large doghouse with a fan and winter heater for them . I love these dogs and only want the best for them . I help them take really good care of the dogs none of them are underfed nor have any of them missed their shots . But , they cannot afford spay and neuter . The Black female and Fawn Male had a Solid white Puppy ( REALLY BAD IN DANE TERMS BECAUSE OF POOR BREEDING ) I kept this puppy as they agreed to get shots for her and they supposedly took her for all of her puppy shots about three times . The rest they put an ad in the paper and gave them away for free . The only reason they did that is because i help them .So about a week ago she started Bloody diarrhea and died shortly after . I am really getting worried about the moms condition and i am considering taking her and the fawn male ( spaying and neutering them with my own money ) and keeping her at our house in the Yard and providing her with them shelter . I am not sure if ill be able to do it or not ( because of my mom ) she got angry with them about the puppy . I told her not to say anything though . I cannot report them to animal control , because most of the shelters in our area are full , and they can't take them , because they do have food , shelter and water . They are considering finding some of them homes . I really hope they do . Not to mention they have alot of smaller dogs inside with most of the danes that they keep inside . The inside of the home is not in bad condition either , they just have too many that they can't take care especially since the dogs keeps breeding and paying shots for the puppies . Should i take the two and help them find homes for some of the others , or just help them and convince them to try to come up with the money to get spayed and neutered for them . I need help !

What are some good teen books?

Mortal Engines by Philip Reeve. I'm kind of a slow reader. This book is about 350 pages long and usually it would have taken me at least two weeks to read a book that length but I read it in 3 days because it was so awesome. It's a science fiction book about cities that eat other cities. It's a lot better than I can describe it.

My husband lives in MN, she in MO, and the mediation is in MO. Recently my uncle had to move in with his 12 year old dog. She is still extremely energetic and most people even think she is a puppy still. I have known her ever since he got her and she has always been insane. She is socialized and acts the same way with other dogs, strangers, and people she knows. Custody of my daughter?

Well for starters i dont have a criminal record! My daughters mom and I were never married! She just got sentinced to 12 months probation for assaulting my mother. Shes still on house arrest for her second OWI. Today My mother finds out that my daughters mom's Son is not living with her as she told the judge. I have had my daughter since january. After getting a lawyer. My lawyer went on medical leave not too long after. I have also had the court dates continued because of that. Then We were supose to go to court june 20th but lawyer is booked so it will be continued to sometime in July. Ive seen the mediator Domestic Relations.. To make the story short and simple....I have temp custody of my 2 year old niece and 3 year old nephew notarized by a judge since 2009, but I actually I have these children under my care since my niece was 2 weeks old and nephew was 5 month old. Their biological mother hasn't been in the children lives, but in some occasions "I'LL GET TO THAT IN A SECOND". She doesn't call or checked for the children. My husband and I have provided the children with food, clothing, shelter and the love of a parent. The mother has been collecting the children welfare and WIC benefits for the past years. The children are being raised at my resident along with my soon to be 2 years old son, theres a big bond among this children. I have a 4 bedroom resident and each child have the own separate bedroom with a bed, toys etc. DYFS had came a couple of times to visit and check the children welfare and they were surprised on how this children are living under my care. Like I said previously, The only times the mother came to see the children is when we have a family reunion or any activities like birthday parties etc. other times were when DYFS were called on her and at one occasion in 2010, she took my nephew for two weeks and during that time he became very sick and she ignored the situation, my mother which is their grandmother took action of the situation and took him to the hospital where he ended up diagnosed with MERSA and a cyst with fluids in his left lung. I became aware of the situation after he was admitted. After he recuperated, I took him back home with me. Now, after all this time of me being the legal custodian of the children, the mother wants to regain custody of the children. The reason she wants custody back of the children is because she has a case dealing with her other 3 children of child endangerment. She left her other 3 children in the care of a man that is mentally unstable and was drunk at the time while she went to a bar to buy liquor. The man threatened the children to cut off their toes and fingers and actually cut himself to show them he wasn't playing. I believe in my understanding that she wants to regain custody of the children back, because she knows she's committing welfare fraud and she's afraid of getting caught. We've been through a seminar and not to long ago we were at a mediation to work out a deal but she refused my proposal because she wants full residential custody of the children. We're schedule for a hearing in front of a judge on May 17, so my questions are....What's my chances of wining this hearing and continuing being these children legal guardian?...I'm aware of her having the upper hand because she's the biological mother and the judge might favor her in that way, but would a judge waive that reason and favor me as the psychological parent?.....Would the child endangerment case dealing with her other 3 children would benefit us and increase my chances of winning the custody hearing?......other notes: The mediator told me that the judge might treat me as the father not as a third party of the children....I'm considered the psychological parent of the children....the children are in a save environment in my resident.....I do have an attorney and he said that I have a strong chance of continuing the temp custody.....the biological mother has a long history with CPS.....all of the children medical history such as shots, appointments etc. has my signature

Tell me who do you think is right, my girlfriends mother expected everyone to be over the house to eat by 2pm, im coming an hour away from church and i wont be on the highway until after 2, the mother doesnt really expect me to be there at that time, really she just wants the family to come over she doesnt mind me being there. My hands freeze, I need some gloves .... :( !!!?

Okay, so I work at a grocery store and whenever we close I have to condition/straighten the frozen and diary section. As you may or may not know, this section is COLDDDD!!! Therefore, my hands get cold and it slows me down. I have to stop every so often to just clutch my hands in my pockets to warm them up or whatever. BUT, my question!!! What type of gloves could I wear or what are good gloves to wear while doing this that will keep my hands warm and allow me to do my job effectively? Why does my dog try to kill (or help) my kitten?

I have a kitten, and have HAD kittens before, that my female, fixed, 11 year old dog has tried to kill. I'm not sure if she is actually TRYING to kill the kittens, or she thinks she's helping them. My first set of kittens were just old enough to stop nursing off their stray mum, and it was winter, so I decided to slowly take away the kittens as not to make her panic. She never noticed, and the kittens were fine. They drank water and ate normal food. I left the kittens out in the living room one day, only to come home and find my dog had killed them all. She had bit the heads off. Now I witnessed her doing this with my new kitten, but all she did was try and GENTLY pick the kitten up in her teeth, and as she picked her up I caught her and made her drop it. It's unhurt and fine, but I'm not sure, does she view the kitten as a baby of her own, or possibly does she think it's an injured, orphaned animal and she wants to help? Or does she want to kill it off for sport? We have a few full grown felines and she has never tried to hurt them or anything. In fact, she'll often let one of the cats sleep next to her. She's never attacked or been attacked by our cats.

I files for divorce 6months ago and currently have my son 95% of the time. We have not come to an agreement on custody and out of the 4times we were supposed to go to court he's showed up only once which the judge said put him in default. I have been letting my soon to be ex see our son every other weekend (mind you, up until our divorce began he was rarely around and even left for three months stating he didn't want to raise our son without me and was to depressed to stay in MI so was moving to FL which I later found out was actually St Thomas VI to be with an ex girlfriend who then kicked him out for his excessive drinking) this past few days I have come across information about how at that time he had told numerous people that he wanted to take our son with him to st Thomas because then he wouldn't have to give him back to me as they have no laws there forcing him to, I also found out that he has been drinking and driving and was heavily involved in drugs last year (we have been separated for 2years) I found this out via Facebook messages he sent to an ex girlfriend. He has also put as Facebook statuses how he feels sex should be an Olympic sport that people get paid for it why not make it a sport and he would participate for sure. He's sent many many many messages to an ex girlfriend stating that he wants to die. When I moved his stuff out I found steroids needles and syringes in his procession. I am starting to believe he is getting heavily into steroids and this worries me concerning the fact my son is around him. I have decided in the best interest of my son and in light of the things I have read and heard from witnesses that I should keep my son from him until I am able to present the evidence I have to the judge on our final trial date. Again there is no current custody order in place only a letter of recommendation from the court appointed counselor stating that I should get sole physical and legal custody. We attended and even though we didn't agree with the register, the independent chairman was the mediator and decided that i should keep all my midwife app and to see ss at the office without my partner once a week, for ss to come to the house and see that provisions had been made for the birth, which i kept to all of this and seen the midwife more as my BP started to rise(stress) I was due on the 27th jan, on the 14th they asked to see me at office, i went and they told me the were planning on legal action to remove him from the hospital at birth, without any other protection or core meting so they had not informed the chair of last meeting. Then two days after being told this i suffered a placental abruption at home losing enough blood, and needed transfusion and emergency section, but the lack of oxygen left my son brain damaged and could not function without help and had to turn off life support to days later, which i personally feel that they are responsible as had 3 births no prob then my blood pressure started to rise when they became involved so i would like to no if they were meant to call another meeting with the chairman before coming to decide to remove my son from hospital

Wear jeans and a cute top with some heels to dress it up. As long as it's not something super casual (like sweatpants), heels will look fine. And your mom's right, save the boots for fall. hi..every time I go for a tin of paint out of my shed it looks like curd;I can buy a tin of new paint and after a couple of month it will be like curd I only use a little out of a big tin then make sure the lid is on tight but it still turns to curd..sometimes the tin of paint is solid not just the top part but the whole tin.. and no amount of stirring will change it..my garden is south facing and gets very hot but it has even gone like that in the winter any one any ideas.I now keep it in the house I just wondered if there are any decorators out there who know why the paint goes off

Ever since I was like 5 I've gotten cramps in my toes. Whenever they get squished the wrong way, fall asleep for too long (where you get that tingly feeling), are in high heels for too long, or really easily when I go swimming, just kicking my feet in the water, they will start cramping for about 5 seconds. Oh, also in the winter when they get too cold. I really hate it cause my best friend has a pool and I love swimming but my cramps stop me. Can an ex have a Bill Collector bill you for Medical Bill on a child when they registered them...?

My husband's ex is having Bill Collectors send my husband the bills for their children. She register and takes them to the hospital for services and yet is able to have them bill my husband after it's been in collections and she refuses to pay. In the divorce decree my husband is ordered to pay which he has paid more than half because we have custody of his son and pay all his medical bills and send her statements and she never pays us half so when she has a bill we know how much were up on her and some bills we do not need to pay. Well she has obviously found a loop hole and started having the Bill Collectors just send us her bills. She hs them change the bills into my husbands name and we do not owe her half on that bill as she has not paid us half on any of their son's bills. We keep a ledger showing all medical bills between all kids and keep track of our payments. Can a Bill Collector act as a Divorce Mediator, they do not know what she has and has not paid on our bills for their child. If ayone has had this same situation we need some advise. We cannot pay all the medical bills on our own and pay for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. We agree to pay our half but not her's too. So frustrated, I feel like she will always try and manipulate us this way and we cannot afford this.

Christians: Praying to the Saints Part Two?

In response to my last question most people answering seem to believe that dead Christians are alive in Heaven. One even pointed out a verse (Revelation 5:8) that seems to show saints presenting our prayers to God. They said that saints are intercessors and not mediators. What is the difference? If the saints could hear us would it be wrong to ask them to intercede for us? The Bible says there is only one mediator but couldn't there be many intercessors? You have no choice but to move on. All you can do is encourage a healthy relationship between father and son. You cannot make the father be the man that he should be. If he chooses to be an absentee dad, you should find good male role models for you son..a family member etc...obvioulsy someone you know and trust. I am a little confused by your question. You have to move on. You have to make a life for you and your son. If moving on to you means dating, that does not mean that your ex is out of the picture. If his father chooses not to bond with him , your son will be heartbroken at some point but he will survive it. Choose other male role models for him..and I don't mean boyfriends. Be careful with boyfriends...be choosey as to who gets to meet and know your son. Boyfriends come and go.

Mothers Day Question?

Tell me who do you think is right, my girlfriends mother expected everyone to be over the house to eat by 2pm, im coming an hour away from church and i wont be on the highway until after 2, the mother doesnt really expect me to be there at that time, really she just wants the family to come over she doesnt mind me being there. I dont know the area very well, and my girlfirend felt bad for me, about me eating when i get there by myself and saw thet i was not even comfortable driving over there. So she asked her mom if it was ok that i drive to my girlfriends house, then from her house we would be on our way, she does not live to far. So really its only a couple of hours difference. The mother ends up blowing a gasket and saying all kinds of stuff like "this is my day, im suppose to come first" and stuff like that, and causing a really big fight between her, her mom and the father who was acting like the mediator. The mother was already upset over what was in my girlfriends refrigerator because there was some treats and stuff and concerned about my girlfriends weight, so she wants to be contolling over that. In the end, my girlfriend was going to go over at 2 anyway to please this woman, and then when i arrived at her house she would leave to pick me up and then we go back tio the mothers, i didnt want her to do all that, so i decided to just drive to her mothers eventhough i felt a little uneasy about it. Because of all this her mother deleted me off of facebook, which i see as very immature. I have done nothing to you. So the question is who is wrong, her mohter or me and my girlfriend.
